Creating Space

We are based at Ty Blaenant Ddu in the beautiful Nant Ddu valley on the site of an old Victorian reservoir north of Swansea in South Wales.

Only 3 miles from junction 46 of the M4, the 40-acre site provides a secluded location for you and your team to take time out to reflect on where you are going, plan your next steps or develop your teamwork and explore more creative ways of working and thinking by coming into an environment that allows you to stop and breathe.

You can wander through the valley, sit by the water-steps, climb the hillside, walk through the woods or simply enjoy the view of the lake and our herd of alpacas as the backdrop to your development activities.

We can provide different levels of support ranging from home produced refreshments and working space, to providing a variety of specific inputs to your day, or we can work up a full development programme with you via Waterside Consulting.
